 We invite businesses or people to decorate the trunk of your car and add to the fun! Ghouls and goblins welcome! Email to reserve your spot.

6th Annual Art and Photo Exhibit

Featured at Reliant Federal Credit Unions

October 14 - November 15th

Donations of art work can be left ar Cracker Box Palace up to October 13. All art will be available for bids at each of the Reliant branches and on our Facebook page until November 15 when winners will be announced. Art can be picked up November 16 at the Sodus branch or arrangements can be made for other pickup options.

Our 2019 Events Open to Vendors, Sponsors and Organizations

Gala Ball-Saturday, February 9th

An elegant evening at the Ontario Country Club that features wine & beer tastings, dinner, silent and live auctions, music and dancing. Tickets are $100 per person. 100 people attending. Event sponsor $5000, includes a table for 8 event name included. Table sponsor $1000 includes a table for 8, table naming. Auction items welcome as donations. 


7th Annual Golf Tournament–Monday, June 24 at Sodus Bay Heights Golf Club
Registration at Noon, Shotgun start at 1:00 p.m.
A fun afternoon with goats greeting the golfers as they arrive! Individuals or foursomes can register for golf, dinner, and auction to follow. Lunch and dinner sponsors, golf cart sponsors, tee sponsors, auction items welcomed as donations.

Eq-Wine Trail Ride-July 27

Trail ride limited to 100 horses and riders. Riders can ride their own horses through 8 miles of trails that feature wine, cider and beer tasting along the trail! Vendors will be able to rent a space on the front yard for tastings at booths for the public and for the riders when they return. Event sponsor $2500 in cash and items for the ride. Trail and front yard tasting tables or vendors $30/table. Auction items welcome as donations.

Farm Frenzy  September 28

The day starts with a 5k walk/run through our trails and is followed by an afternoon of fun on the farm with live music, square dancing, games and vendors. Farm tours and hay wagon rides throughout the day. Event sponsor $2500, booth space rentals $30. Auction items welcome as donations. For more details:
